Application Process

To join the IEO for the first time, you will need to fill out the Application Form before the established deadline. In the form, you will need to provide information on your organization and the selection, financial proof of your capability of sending the team to the IEO, and contact details.

The application should be sent to info@ecolymp.org before the deadline.

The application can be filled out before the selection is held. You will need to provide a detailed description of the upcoming contest.

Early-Bird Application deadline. The results of the Voting are posted before 1 March.

30 April 2025

Preliminary Late Application deadline. The results of the Voting are posted before 1 June.

During the Voting, the Executive Board might ask you specific questions regarding your application or request additional information. Questions and requests will be sent to you from info@ecolymp.org: the replies should be provided at your earliest convenience.

Once the application is approved, the country is added to the list of the IEO 2024 Participants on the official website of the Olympiad. 

After successfully participating for one year, you can apply for a 3-year agreement by filling out a more detailed application form and providing the roadmap of your competition.
The 3-year applications are collected before 31 October.
